Quotes: The Beauty and True Essence of Animals
How does one accurately describe the unconditional love of an animal? I know it’s not possible to put what an animal has to offer both in heart and soul into words. However, I have created this post out of a variety of quotes that come pretty darn close!

No truer words have ever been spoken. All animals deserve our protection, kindness and love. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (1869 – 1948) was an Indian activist who was the leader of the Indian independence movement against British rule.
Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin (1889 – 1977) was an English comic actor, filmmaker, and composer. Silent film was his creative outlet and claim to fame.
James Alfred “Alf” Wight (1916 – 1995) known by the pen name James Herriot, was a British veterinary surgeon and writer. He used his years of experience to write a series of books about animals.
Joaquín Rafael Phoenix (b. 1974) is an American actor, producer, music video director, musician, and activist.
Doris Day (b. 1922) is a singer, actress, and animal rights activist. Doris starred in 39 films–Calamity Jane, Love Me or Leave Me and Pillow Talk remain popular favorites today.
