Easy Cinnamon Roasted Almond Recipe

It doesn’t get much easier-or more delicious-than this one. Cinnamon roasted almonds are a healthy snack to munch at home, or just fill a baggie with these sweet almond treats to take with you in your lunch or on a road trip. 

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 t. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1 T. Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 5 Cups Whole Almonds  

Create and Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 250°
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a small bowl
  • In a large bowl beat the egg whites and vanilla until frothy
  • Stir in almonds until well-coated
  • Add the dry ingredient mixture and stir well
  • Spread on the baking sheet
  • Bake, stirring every 15 minutes until the coating is dry-about 1 hour total
  • Allow to cool completely and store in a sealed container
